Late Entry 1.2 - I am my HAIR.

Inspired by Lady Gaga?

Oh well, a lot of people were shocked and disagreed with the sudden cutting of my hair short. As in very short, a boyish one. And all they were saying was, “WHY????”

Okay, so here are the reasons/factors why I did this. . .

§  I’M BORED

-          As in I have nothing much to do. And out of boredom, I thought “what if I cut my hair? Just like how it used to be back in high school? Only, much shorter.”

§  FOR A CHANGE

-          All the girls I see, well almost, have LOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG HAIR! And I find it boring! Yeah, maybe you can do anything with long strands, but don’t they get tired of shampooing it everyday, with conditioner and tying it every time?”

§  DULL HAIR MOMENTS

-          Whirlwind! Windstorm! Hame hame wave! LOL. Need I say more? Ok fine, I hate those moments when I ride a trike with slightly dried hair and get off with a frizzy, chaotic one! Also, I’m a nursing student and so we are expected to tie it up to a bun. Geeesh. I hate tying it when it’s still wet! Long hair takes time to dry, for heaven’s sake! And there, I hate my hair when I go home.

§  HAIR PRODUCT DEMAND

-          Well, their prices are not a joke. For others, it may be coins, but for paupers like me, it’s like a hundred peso bill! Especially for me, that I use conditioner.

§  I WANNA BE LIKE HER

-          I was obsessed with Brittany Kline of America’s Next Top Model Cycle 16 that I decided to copy her hairstyle. But it seemed like the results were different. LOL. Mine was, WTH! XD

§  Lastly, TO TRY SOMETHING

-          There’s this someone who told me that he likes girls with long, silky hair. And so I cut it! That’s it!
